Purpose of committee
The Shadow Authority brings together all current county and district elected members and will undertake specific functions associated with the creation of the new Buckinghamshire Council including setting a budget for the new council.
The Shadow Authority will cease to exist once the new Buckinghamshire Council goes live on 1 April 2020. Members of the Shadow Authority will remain in their roles until the 4th day after the elections to the new council in May 2020.
