That minor changes as follows are made:
1. Amending the Local Connection criteria to allow that care leavers who are registered for re-housing under the protocol will be able to bid for properties in any of the former four district areas.
2. Amending the Priority Band criteria so that a care leaver moving from Band D up to Band B does not have their priority date re-set.

05/05/2021 - Lake End Road, Dorney: Proposed mini-roundabout (Decision to be taken) ref: 486 Recommendations Approved
Construction of a mini-roundabout has been
proposed for the junction of Court Lane/Lake End Rd, Dorney. This
has long been an aspiration of the parish and local member, but has
not been a strategic priority for funding. An opportunity has come
about because of an offer by Highways England to undertake the
construction work free of charge whilst undertaking the M4 Smart
Motorway Project. The design and other costs of the scheme are
being met through funding from the Parish, Community Board and
Buckinghamshire Council.

1) To pass a resolution on 27 April 2021 that the provisions of Part II of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (other than section 45) shall be adopted within the administrative area of Buckinghamshire Council, with effect from 6th September 2021.
2) To pass a resolution on 27 April 2021, in accordance with schedule 14 of the Local Government Act 1972,to remove the current hackney carriage zones within the administrative area of Buckinghamshire Council and that all the provisions of the hackney carriage licensing regime be applied across the whole administrative area of Buckinghamshire Council, with effect from 6th September 2021.
