Members voted in favour of the motion to approve the application.

            Resolved: that the application be approved.

Householder application for demolition of a single stprey conservatory, conversion of a garage to a habitable room, erection of a single storey porch structure and a single storey rear extension and alterations to the existing internal layout and roof shape.

This application was the subject of a site visit.
