It was with much sadness that Councillor S Raja reported that ex-Councillor Julia Adey had passed away a few days previously. Councillor K Wood delivered a short eulogy as Julia Adey had been a long-standing member of the Planning Committee until the last election.

The Committee stood and observed a minute silence.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the Monitoring Officer prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

Change of use from 3-bed dwellinghouse (use Class C3) to 2-bed children’s home for Buckinghamshire Council Leaving Care Service (use Class C2) with installation of solar panels on rear roof slope.

This application was the subject of a site visit.

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to approve the application subject to the conditions as listed in the officer’s report.

It was proposed by Councillor P Turner and seconded by Councillor A Alam

            Resolved: that the application be approved.

Construction of new SEMH unit for 12 children with associated external works and proposed new intervention room.

This application was the subject of a site visit.

Members noted the Update.

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to approve the application subject to the Conditions as listed in the officer’s report and within the Update sheet.
