Members noted the Update.

Members voted in favour of the motion to refuse the application for the following reason:

·      In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development would result in the urbanisation of an existing rural location, by extending the existing linear residential form of development into the countryside, which would detract from the natural beauty of the surrounding Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the public views from the adjacent footpath. As such, this proposal is contrary to Policy DM30 (The Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) of the adopted Wycombe District Local Plan (2019).

Speaking on behalf of the applicant: Mr K Lipinski
